Medical developments

In the past decade or so, there have been may discoveries on health that can impact our decision making in taking care of our health and taking steps to help balance body for the better.  Some of these discoveries are:

1. Nicotinic acid (Vitamin B3) is an effective anti-cholesterol that can help control the bad cholesterol and increase the good ones.

2. Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) is proven to help the body absorb calcium and a deficiency of this vitamin in men can lead to heart problems.

3. Zinc is a mineral that can help the prostate since this organ contains the most Zinc in the entire human body.

4. Bio-medical treatment are showing some promising results in the hopes of improving the quality of life of special children with Autism and ADHD.

5. Western medicine is now more open in adapting the Ayurvedic principle that cells at the atomic level communicate with each other through certain frequencies and vibrations.

6. There is such a thing as electromagnetic force that is present in the physiology of man.

7.  The cells within the human body are "thinking cells" since they communicate with each other and can decide whether foreign matter poses a danger or not.

8.  The papein in papaya leaves when given in certain amounts can help arrest dengue and it symptoms.  (still subject to further studies on the dosage)

9. Multiple vaccines given to babies at such a young age may not be a very smart decision especially if the handling of the vaccine cannot be controlled strictly,

10. It takes different enzymes to digest fruits.  It may be advisable to separate eating of fruits alone versus mixing them with other food groups.
