Hydration and Water
There are hidden dangers in low intake of water, dehydration, heat strokes to name a few. Most importantly your body cannot function well and dwells in an acidic environment if there is not enough liquids to make it prime and active. There is also evidence that says that other diseases that spun from lesser drinking of water yet higher physical demands on the body can very well create stress for the individual.
Not all waters are created equal. There is in fact Living Water and Dead Water. Living water is the kind which is "charged" and the taste in itself has "body", while the Dead Water on the other hand does not have any electrolytes or any kind of minerals, and can sometimes taste bitter. Living or charged water hydrates the water and allows the body to heal/cope with the daily stresses of life. Dead water does not do the body any good and is flushed out.
Charged water is the way to go and you can find many devices that can turn water into charged or living water. This will ultimately create a good alkaline environment and help promote healing..
